Maria Andersson started Ingeborg in 2005 as a chance to take her love for 60's and 70's fun and colourful fabrics and turn them into interesting but fascinating kid's things. Drawing her inspiration from these carefully sourced high quality vintage fabrics, all the products are lovingly handmade and unique with only a few items of the same pattern available due to the limitations in the fabric supply.
This reuse of original fabrics helps to make these products much kinder to the environment with the recycling done in the most beautiful way! It also means your child's nursery can have a touch of genuine vintage chic from Scandinavian in an individual and exclusive style.
We completely fell in love with not only the totally adorable designs but the whole ethos behind Ingeborg and simply had to add them to the site. They truly are a touch of unique Swedish cool!
It's an absolute delight to be the first shop to offer their products outside of Sweden and we're convinced they will quickly become a firm favourite for parents that want funky things for their kids which minimise their impact on the planet.
