Acne was founded in Stockholm 1996 by four creative minds with the ambition create and develop a lifestyle brand through desirable products. Their red stitched jeans were a huge hit after featuring in Swedish edition of Elle and led to a full collection being launched in 1998. The success of this and further collections led to an expansion over the subsequent years that saw Acne recognised as a leading creative force in high-end adult fashion.
In 2008, Acne delivered their first collection for children and as massive fans of the adult range we welcomed it with open arms at Nordic Kids. Happily, they didn't disappoint with a range of subtle luxury and understated items that were effortlessly stylish. The result is that Acne Kids now produces a range that is nothing short of designer class clothing in miniature sizes for children that want to express themselves with subtle fashion.
