What Lucy says: Fred is a saucer eyed, hyper, willful, curious wee boy! He is very elf like and extremely sociable. He is always moving, looking at everything around him, trying to figure out how things work and of course loves putting everything in his mouth! HSome of this favourite things are loves bouncing, dancing and blowing raspberries.

What we say: Fred looks like a first class wiggler! It must be tricky trying to keep up with him as he zooms around everywhere but at least you would do it with a smile in your face as he is so cute.
