We love it when we come across someone so passionate about their own designs, they insist in creating every piece themselves! Although this may mean the label isnt as widespread as it could be, it does make it a little more exclusive like the children's tops from Viki Petersson.

Having been working on womens clothes in Karlskrona in Sweden at her own tailoring and design studio since 1997, in 2005 Viki started to also design and make her own designs including those for children.

Her designs are all about simple lines with fun fabrics and she is often inspired by mixing old and new fabrics to see what truly unique pieces can be created. At Nordic Kids we are huge fans of her appliquéd baby tops for which she does all the hand cutting and sewing herself.

With her designs coming from her muddled mind which she describes her ideas living in a big mix of fantasy and reality were sure there are plenty of wonderful childrens clothes designs to come from her!
