How much does delivery cost?

Do you deliver to my country?
We currently deliver to 90 countries, a full list of which can be seen here.

Will my delivery require a signature?
All our deliveries require a signature although it is possible to leave a message in the checkout requesting that the postman leaves your parcel in a safe place.

Can I send my order to another address?
Yes, you can select a different address for delivery of your parcel in the checkout allowing you to receive parcels at a more convenient location or send presents directly to the recipient.

Can you gift wrap my order?
Yes, you can choose which items you would like gift wrapped from your order in the checkout. More information on our gift wrap service can be found here

Can I return an item for an exchange or refund?

What is the sizing like on a particular brand?
We have a sizing guide which gives general feedback on the brands we stock but if you have a specific question, please don't hesitate to contact us for advice.

How can I set up or access my Wish List?
To set up a Wish List, please register for an account and then, when you are logged in, you will be able to add items to your Wish List.

What is your loyalty scheme? How can I join?
Our loyalty scheme rewards regular shoppers with a gift voucher in exchange for cumulative spend. The good news is you don't need to join, just by shopping with us we'll already be calculating your spend towards a reward! You can read more details here.

Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes, we offer e-gift vouchers to a value that you choose and you can also select the date it will be delivered and which e-card it is sent with. To find out more, please visit here.
