Will my delivery require a signature?
All our deliveries require a signature although it is possible to leave a message in the checkout requesting that the postman leaves your parcel in a safe place.
Can I send my order to another address?
Yes, you can select a different address for delivery of your parcel in the checkout allowing you to receive parcels at a more convenient location or send presents directly to the recipient.
Can you gift wrap my order?
Yes, you can choose which items you would like gift wrapped from your order in the checkout. More information on our gift wrap service can be found here

What is the sizing like on a particular brand?

What is your loyalty scheme? How can I join?
Our loyalty scheme rewards regular shoppers with a gift voucher in exchange for cumulative spend. The good news is you don't need to join, just by shopping with us we'll already be calculating your spend towards a reward! You can read more details here.
