Founded in 2004 by a former textiles teacher called Pia Eriksson, Thilde makes inspirational and fascinating products for children based around interesting colours and textures to pique your child's curiosity and engage their mind.
The label was started almost by accident when Pia bought her daughter Thilde a cuddly toy and realised that for her the thing that captivated her attention more than anything was the laundry label. This planted the seed in her mind for the first product, "The Thilde Pillow", which features a variety of interesting labels and tags for a child to suck, bite and study.
Launched in its native Sweden, it swiftly received critical acclaim amongst parents and the quality parenting press whilst children loved exploring this magical new product. Since then the range has extended to include a number of other fabric based or inspired products and can now be bought in over twenty countries worldwide.
